Sedgehill Gold is a 15hh golden Palomino, 92% Foundation stallion, born in 1990. He is British bred and was purchased by Cotesbach when he was three, having been bred by the Foxes, early and influential British breeders. He is a versatile stallion, talented at Western riding, Trail, Pleasure, Dressage and he has even tried cutting. His temperament is second to none. He has sired over 100 foals in his twenty years and he is still as game a gentleman as ever, quick, efficient and kind to his mares. He is easy to ride and handle in every way. He has shown novices how to ride Western with patience and great tolerance. His chunky good looks, lovely head and eye and his exceptional disposition make him a wonderful example of Foundation breeding. His beautiful, burnished gold colour is the finishing touch. He passes on his lovely qualities to his many foals.
